cz999 Terms & Conditions

1. General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the organization operating the cz999 platform ("Company", "we", "us") and every individual who uses this website or its related services ("User", "you").

By registering on cz999 or beginning to use the platform, you are considered to have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using this platform.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Guidelines, form a unified legal framework. Those documents are an inseparable part of these Terms.

2. Eligibility & Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years old to create an account on cz999 and to use any gaming or betting services. Registration by minors is strictly prohibited. We may request valid identity documents at any time to verify your age.

2.2 One Account Per Person

Each individual may hold only one account. Creating or attempting to create multiple accounts will be considered a violation of these Terms, and all associated accounts may be permanently closed.

2.3 Accuracy of Registration Information

The information you provide at registration must be true, accurate, and complete. Creating or operating an account with false or misleading information is strictly prohibited. If any of your personal details change, update your profile promptly or notify our support team.

2.4 Geographic Restrictions

Users from certain regions or countries may not be eligible to use this platform's services. If you access this site from an area where online gaming is prohibited, you will be considered to be in violation of these Terms.

3. Account Security & Responsibility

You are solely responsible for keeping your account login credentials (username and password) completely confidential and secure. You are accountable for all activity carried out on your account, whether by yourself or by anyone else.

• Do not share your account details with anyone.
• Use a strong password and change it regularly.
• Always log out after signing in from a public or shared device.
• If you notice any unusual activity or unauthorized access, notify our support team immediately.

The Company will not be held liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized third-party access, unless it is proven that such access occurred due to our own technical fault.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

cz999 currently supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Note that Rocket is the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank.

4.2 Minimum Deposit & Withdrawal Limits

The minimum deposit amount for each payment method is ৳300. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Transactions below these limits will not be processed.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing Time

Approved withdrawals are generally completed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. Additional time may be required during verification processes or in cases of unusual activity.

4.4 Account Verification

Before processing a withdrawal, the Company reserves the right to verify your identity. This may include a copy of your national ID or passport and proof of ownership of the payment account.

5. Bonuses & Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

cz999 offers new members a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳8,000. For example: if you deposit ৳1,000, you will receive a ৳1,000 bonus and your total balance will be ৳2,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated only on the bonus amount, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 10 = a total of ৳10,000 must be wagered before the bonus funds can be withdrawn.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• A bonus applies only to the account of the player who earned it.
• Claiming bonuses through multiple accounts is prohibited.
• Bonus balances cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirements are met.
• The Company reserves the right to make changes to the bonus program at any time.
• Each bonus may have its own specific validity period and terms — see the relevant offer page for details.

5.4 VIP Program

The cz999 VIP program has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Weekly cashback is provided at each tier. Details of the cashback can be found on the relevant page. The rules for advancing through tiers are at the Company's discretion and are subject to change.

6. Fair Play & Prohibited Conduct

cz999 is committed to ensuring fair play and equal opportunity for all. Any of the following conduct is strictly prohibited:

• Exploiting any technical error or vulnerability in the system.
• Creating multiple accounts for the purpose of abusing bonuses or circumventing bonus terms.
• Playing games through bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence.
• Attempting to gain an unfair advantage through any form of collusion or syndicate play.
• Conducting transactions through money laundering or illegal funds.
• Engaging in inappropriate or harassing behavior toward other users.
• Attempting to breach the platform's security systems or participating in hacking activities.

If any of the above violations are detected, the Company reserves the right to immediately close the account, forfeit the balance, and take legal action if necessary.

7. Intellectual Property

All content published on the cz999 website — including logos, graphics, text, software code, game content, and design elements — is the intellectual property of the Company or its respective licensors. Reproducing, distributing, modifying, or using this content for commercial purposes without the Company's prior written permission is prohibited.

Content from third-party game providers (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, JILI, PG Soft, Spribe, etc.) is protected under their respective intellectual property laws.
